New Connections and Capabilities

Data is written into Raiser’s Edge NXT.

☐ Salesforce

Salesforce data can be directly written into Raiser’s Edge NXT.

☐ Raiser's Edge NXT Tributes

Data Flow can create Tribute records and link gifts to them when source data provides sufficient detail for reliable constituent and tribute matching. Our default onboarding approach stores tribute information in custom fields. Tribute module workflows can be configured following a review of your source data and tribute giving process.

Data Governance and Compliance

How data quality, consent, and risk are controlled.

☐ Data Cleaning with Data Flow

Automate the removal of custom fields, constituent codes, and other temporary or invalid data in Raiser’s Edge NXT.

☐ Consent Management

Consent records with full history sync automatically and update Solicit Codes to ensure accurate communication preferences.

☐ Luminate Online Interests to Raiser’s Edge NXT Consent

This helps teams reflect communication preferences captured in Luminate Online in their CRM and reduce manual updates between the two systems.

If your organization uses the Charity Automator and would like to enable any of these updates, contact support@simpliphi.io.

Together, these updates strengthen Charity Automator Data Flow as a reliable foundation for system alignment, compliance, and operational consistency. By automating how data is written, governed, and cleaned, teams can spend less time fixing issues and more time trusting their CRM.
